I have been selling Real Estate in Orange County for more than 25 years, winning Rookie of the Year award for the
largest national real estate franchise in my first year. I went on to receive 25+ consecutive Hall of Fame Awards
and First Team Real Estates Highest achievement, the Medallion Award every year since it was established in 1998.
My dedication to the work ethic and working for the best interests of my clients, both buyers and sellers is top

I am very involved with buyer & seller relocation. I deal with all the large corporate relocation companies
as well as RELO which is made up of the top selling Independent real estate firms across the United States, First
Team, of course is a member of this elite group.
I own a Real Estate company on Cape Cod Massachusetts (At The Cape Properties, Inc.) which is co-owned and managed
by my daughter who is a licensed Broker and has been selling Real Estate for more than 20 years there. Linda is
also very dedicated to Real Estate (chip off the old block) and is the light of my life.
In the many years I have been selling Real Estate I have established contacts in many related fields and am able
to respond to any real estate related questions, i.e.: Lenders, Termite companies, Contractors, Painting, Geologic
inspections, Legal, Tax, etc.
My 3 Grandsons are a great pride and joy in my life and through them I am able to maintain a vital current outlook
on life that helps to keep me young and in touch with young families problems.
